Science: Why Is It Better Than Religion?

Further dividing the Science and Religion; One is evidently necessary, one has to completely go away.

A lot of Religious Fundamentalists and Apologists – especially the insufficiently informed on the growing contention between Religion and Science – have a clichéd presumption of science as requiring to have ‘faith’ in it. One of the most astonishing so far, is their assumption, “Atheists think they know everything with science”. In fact, there was a time I heard this objection from an agitated religious individual when she tried to argue the existence of a god: “Well, how in the name of Science, and its ‘unlimited knowledge’ can you explain the beauty of child birth? Can’t you see the proof of god in there?” Contrary to that matter, we know that science is a systematic pursuit of knowledge, but this knowledge is derived from a collection of facts that have been proven through rigorous testing and experimentation, most of which were taken from various theories that were challenged, corrected, and re-investigated. ...[Read More]
